Subject: Other Claims & Ingredients

Q: I have inquired about a couple other herbal treatment programs on the internet and a couple claim that they can cure the virus from the body entirely.  I do believe that there is a natural cure, but I am somewhat skeptical of people trying to take advantage of other people in need. I feel somewhat at ease just for the fact that you have a free program and defer shipping charges until delivered. Can you provide a list or partial list in some way, of the herbs/food that are contained in this pill?

A: As far as we are concerned, the other claims are not reliable since the vendors make direct financial gains from selling their products. Our free treatment program enables us to acquire the necessary blood test evidence that will bring this medicine closer to the mainstream, where we believe its real financial potential lies.

The free treatment creates a financial burden on us and we will only benefit if a patient's reports show consistent improvement. This aligns the patient's interests with ours whereas the other vendors have nothing to lose if their formulas do not work since the patients have already paid for them.

In addition, some of the other vendors openly publish the ingredients within their formula on their websites. Although this practice may appear to be in the best interest of the patients but if the formulas are real cures then they are simply too priceless to be given away for free like that. Therefore it is most likely a tactic to induce the patients into paying for their formula. It is my belief that a real working formula should not be in the public domain unless the formula has already been approved by regulatory authority, is trading in the mainstream market and protected by a long-term patent.

Therefore, we can not disclose any of the ingredients but our laboratory studies on the effects of individual ingredient against each HIV viral enzymes have identified up to 4 effective ingredients that between them attack directly the activities of all 3 of the HIV viral enzyme: Reverse Transcriptase, Integrase and Protease. This means that this treatment is equivalent to a cocktail therapy, which is designed to block the activites of all 3 viral enzymes thus preventing the virus from reproducing but without any of the possible severe side effects caused by antiretrovirals. In most cases a patient simply could not go up to 3 antiretroviral drugs due to their intolerable side effects.

Subject: 3 times a day

Q: How far apart should the dosages be?  I'm assuming spread out evenly, like every six hours, so that the medicine is in the body continuously throughout the day.  We do not have a routine eating schedule around here.

A: It depends on a person’s daily routine. Approximately 5 hours apart if you assume 9 hours of sleep per day. The interval does not need to be mechanical. It can be flexible as long as there is a reasonable amount of time (3 - 6 hrs) in between for the body to absorb the dosage.

Subject: no less than 60 pills

Q: We are finding ourselves counting every time because we want to make sure we are taking at least sixty, but we also do not want to run out too early.  We don't feel comfortable just eyeballing the cap full of pills because it does sound important that we get at least 60 pills per dose.  I'm sure this will be different down the road when the pills are ready for mass distribution, but we thought we'd let you know our experience.

A: We have determined the absolute minimum dosage required for this medicine to work is about 60 or 1 full bottle cap. However, in most cases we would advise a higher dosage in order to ensure the desired effects. We have determined that even at much higher dosages, the treatment remains 100% safe and causes absolutely no side effects whatsoever. Counting the pills each time, 3 times a day would be tedious.

You don’t need to worry about running out too early because we keep a records of our shipments and recommended dosages, which allow us to forecast the date when you would run out. We will send you more when you are running low. Our best interest is in your recovery and rationing the pills is not the way to achieve that.

Subject: Approximately 10 - 15 minutes before meal

Q:  I'm taking this to mean that the pills need to be taken on an empty stomach, but then is important to eat something after taking them?  Or is it ok to take them and not eat.  I don't usually eat three meals a day.  If you do need to eat AFTER taking them, is a snack OK or do we need to eat a substantial meal? (I have noticed an increase in hunger since starting the pills)

A: One of the effects of this medicine is that it stimulates the body’s metabolism, which boosts appetite and digestion and leads to better intake and absorption of vital nutrients. We only specified 10 - 15 minutes assuming that the patient has a regular routine, which means if they are eating 3 times a day with a regular interval then it may be easier to take the medicine with a fixed interval relative to each meal. However, there is no requirement to eat 15 minutes after each dosage. If you end up eating an hour later it is not a problem. The idea is that the body absorbs the medicine better on an empty stomach but it is also not necessary for the patient to starve him/herself because they have to wait a certain amount of time before they can eat.

Subject: Blood test every 3 months

Q: I was talking to a hiv couneslor and she was telling me that that since my infection is probably new, that my numbers are probably still very good and the physician will probably want to only see me about every 6 months for right now.  You need me to go every three months so you can track my progress, right?  How do I explain to them that I need to at least be drawn every three months without giving away too much information?  Or does it matter?  Should I just be honest.

A: We have stated once every 3 months because in many countries the standard practice is to allow a patient to take a free test once every 3 months so you are not asking for too much. We need these results to keep track of a patient's progress but also as proof for the efficacy of this medicine so it is of vital importance to us that we can collect timely data. In fact, patients are highly encouraged to provide us with even more regular blood test results. Some patients have been able to do this on a monthly basis because they are also curious to see how well their recovery is going.

If you explain to your doctor that you are participating in a new treatment and would like to keep track of its results maybe your doctor will let you take the test every 3 months. This would not affect your eligibility in the treatment in any way so you don't need to worry about giving away too much information.

If you think despite all your efforts your can only get it done every 6 months, you might need to consider whether you can use private clinics to supplement the free tests so overall, you can have a blood test done every 3 months.

Subject: Interactions with other meds

Q: Can you suggest a special diet, that could positively influence the treatment and its outcome. Are there any interactions of this treatment with other substances (medical compounds or even coffee or alcohol, or any other natural supplements)?

A: This herbal medicine does not interact with any other meds i.e. cold medicine, allergy medicines i.e. claritan d, benedryl, or sudafed etc. Diets would not have significant influence on this treatment. Therefore it is not necessary to seek out an 'optimal' diet to supplement this treatment. However, it is generally better to avoid diets that are heavy in carbohydrate i.e. pasta, bread; Ensure a healthy daily intake of protein i.e. meat, fish and avoid excessive smoking or drinking. As far as diet is concerned, it is straight forward and you just need to use common sense.

We will monitor your recovery via periodic blood tests and optimise your results via the management of your dosages.

It is important that patients stay away from potentially toxic medicines or therapies. Some therapies are known to induce nausea, which is a sign of toxicity. We can not advise on the efficacy of such treatments but if a patient is taking the viral pills in conjunction with something else that induces nausea and throws up, the compounds of the viral pills would be lost before the body got the chance to absorb them. This would obviously influence this treatment in a very negative way. Even if the patient does not throw up, such therapies clearly upset the stomach and could affect the body's absorption of the viral pills.

In addition, some side effects can cause long-term damages to a patient's health, which would naturally complicate his/her course of recovery.

Subject: Taking in conjunction with ARV

Q: Can this treatment be taken together with antiretroviral drugs?

A: Yes, but we do not offer free treatment in this situation. The patient must pay for the medicine and shipping. The patient need not supply any blood test reports in this case.

Subject: Request for more supply

Q: Do we needed to let you know when we got to a certain number of bottles or if you have a way of keeping track of how often to send the next shipment, since it's the dosage is not exact?

A: We keep track of the date every package is sent to each patient so we can work out a relatively accurate estimate when the next top up will be given our recommended dosage. However, just as a safety measure, it would be better if the patient is also alert about the amount of supply left and inform us when more is required because we should not risk interrupting the treatment. In order to do so, the patient should be familiar with his dosages and the rate of consumption to work out how long the remaining supply could last.

Patients living outside the EU should allow 2 working weeks for delivery time, thus inform us no later than 3 weeks before the supply run out.

Patients living inside the EU should allow 1 working week for delivery time, thus inform us no later than 2 week before the supply run out.

Patients living inside the UK can be more relaxed about this because shipment can be delivered overnight.

We try our best to initiate a timely enquiry into a patient's supply every time we feel a top-up might be needed.
